IIRN has simplified the process by providing a platform where users can browse and invest in a curated portfolio of businesses/, properties, valuable cars etc.
By pooling funds
together, investors can collectively own shares in these businesses and enjoy the benefits
of both income and potential value appreciation. It's an interesting opportunity for
diversification and potentially accessing a wide range of industries and markets.
When an asset as properties/established businesses, cars, is listed on the platform, a
nominal one-time fee of $99 is charged. This fee is a small investment in accessing a wide
audience and potential investors.
There may be additional fees charged by the credit card networks and payment processors.
Please visit Paypal's Terms of Use for more information on their fees
In addition to the nominal fee, there is also a platform fee of 2.5% on the total funds raised
through the platform. The platform fee is a proportion of the funds raised and helps to cover
the costs and maintenance of the platform. It helps to ensure the smooth operation of the
platform and provides additional resources to enhance its features and services.

Investor Assurance: In instances where a property does not achieve full funding, we will
automatically cancel the investments made and promptly return the funds to your bank
account.
Additional Processing Fees: Please be aware that investments made using non-local
credit cards may incur additional fees from credit card networks and payment processors.
Investment Thresholds with FBO: Starting your investment journey with FBO is
accessible, with minimum investments as low as 500 AED. For assets nearing full funding
(90% sold), investments are capped at the remaining share available, ensuring fair
opportunity for all investors.
